SAP Data Assurance Manager Role We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Lead the SAP data conversion and loading process, ensuring seamless integration with project goals.Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies.Coordinate data conversion and testing cycles, ensuring timely completion.Ensure traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.Oversee data preparation in coordination with SAP platform teams.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting adherence to data conversion best practices.Track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM) and their integration points.Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred.Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Benefits:Professional development opportunities.Opportunities to work on diverse projects.A collaborative, diverse, and innovative work environment.TCS Offers a Variety of BenefitsHealth insurance.Dental Plan.Life insurance.Transportation vouchers.Meal/Food Voucher.Childcare assistance.Gympass.
