What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee the work of engineers, designers, drafters, and project coordinators
Provide leadership and one-on-one mentorship in Transmission Line Design
Establish and maintain quality control standards for Cost, Quality, and Timing metrics
Monitor and communicate the health of project portfolios to stakeholders
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
PE certification required
Proven experience in managing engineering teams and projects
Strong problem-solving skills related to invoicing, resourcing, and staffing
Ability to interface effectively with clients and internal teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in Transmission Line Design or related engineering fields
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and training needs
Familiarity with industry-standard quality control processes
