Fluent inPortuguese & English? Proven experience infundraising, grants, or financial managementin Brazil (must-have)? Strong understanding ofNGO business modelsandfunding mechanisms? Experience inCSR program developmentandgrant application leadership? 3–7 years of relevant finance or development experience preferred? CPA or MBA a plus (not mandatory)? Skilled infinancial planning, reporting, compliance, and donor relations? Motivated bysocial impact, sustainability, and innovation?
