We are dedicated to transforming ideas into impactful products that resonate in the market.Job Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design requirements.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using Figma.Develop user-centered design solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product design.Mentor junior designers and contribute to design guidelines and standards.Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively.Required Qualifications:2-3 years of experience for Intermediate roles or 5+ years for Senior roles in product design.Proficiency in Figma and experience with user-centered design methodologies.Strong skills in prototyping and wireframing.Excellent visual design capabilities and attention to detail.Intermediate to fluent English proficiency for effective communication.Preferred Qualifications:A Master's degree or relevant certifications in design or a related field.Experience in conducting user research and usability testing methodologies.Familiarity with front-end development and understanding of technical constraints.
