Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to join our team.
As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and providing strategic recommendations.About the Role:Budget Development: Collaborate with the finance team and other relevant departments to prepare annual, quarterly, and/or monthly budgets.
Identify financial targets, forecast revenues and expenses, and allocate resources effectively.Financial Performance Analysis: Monitor actual financial performance against planned budget, identifying variances and causes.
Provide insightful reports and recommendations to improve performance.Budget Review and Update: Conduct periodic reviews of budgets as new information arises.
Make adjustments and updates as needed to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and internal stakeholders, communicating budget results and proposing corrective actions when necessary.Expense Management: Support company expense management, ensuring costs remain within allocated limits and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.Special Projects: Take part in special finance-related projects, such as feasibility analyses, investments, and strategic planning initiatives.Requirements:Solid Experience in FP&A: Previous experience in financial or budget analysis roles is essential.Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field: A degree in a relevant field is required.Advanced English: Fluency in English is a must.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability with data interpretation and financial report skills is essential.Communication and Teamwork: Good communication skills and teamwork ability are necessary.Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.Office Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills, is necessary.Benefits:We offer a competitive compensation package, including salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.Others:This role requires a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability.
