About the JobWe're seeking a skilled Android developer to lead innovative mobile applications, focusing on cross-platform initiatives using Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose.Key Responsibilities:Architect and develop mobile apps with KMP for shared business logic and Compose for modern UI design.Collaborate on cross-platform projects, contributing to both Android and iOS codebases when necessary.Analyze and optimize high-volume mobile systems for performance and scalability.Refactor and revitalize codebases as technology evolves.Lead development efforts for new products and enhancements to existing products in response to market changes.Troubleshoot and resolve system failures, ensuring high-quality user experiences.Requirements:5+ years of experience in Android development with proficiency in Kotlin.Android Launcher experience is highly valued.Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform or other cross-platform frameworks.Exposure to or experience with iOS development (Swift or Objective-C) is highly valued.Strong architecture design skills and ability to build reusable UI components.Comfortable working on collaborative, fast-paced engineering teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.A self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and passion for innovation.
