Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of The Lab—a new analytics and automation platform that combines ad performance, creative testing, financial modeling, and AI-driven tools.This role requires an individual who can turn complex data into clean, easy-to-use dashboards and tools.
You will build charts, benchmarks, and interfaces that help our stakeholders make better decisions.This is not just a standard software development position; you will also be involved in integrating AI assistants, MCP servers (Meta, Supabase, Shopify), and Slack automation into the product.Key Responsibilities:Create interactive dashboards and charts (trends, comparisons, benchmarks).
Develop filtering tools (by date, brand, product, persona).
Collaborate with designers to build a shared component library and follow branding guidelines.Work with backend engineers on APIs and MCP integrations.Help design AI assistant features (Mila) for insights and reporting.Ensure data accuracy, error handling, and clear formulas.Requirements:Strong skills in software development with React + state management (Zustand/Redux).
Experience with charting libraries (ECharts, Chart.js, D3).
Comfortable with API integrations (REST/GraphQL).
