At the forefront of digital innovation, our organization is seeking a visionary Strategic Partnership Specialist to drive growth across major social media platforms.This role combines business development, content partnerships, and mergers & acquisitions within the creator economy.You will be responsible for identifying high-potential content channels, engaging with creators and channel owners, evaluating monetization opportunities, and structuring commercial partnerships that support our strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:Identify high-revenue potential YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat channels aligned with business goalsEngage with content creators and/or channel owners to assess value and potential of their channelsDevelop and present commercial proposals to creators and channel ownersOnboard new partners (creators or channel owners) into operational processesExplore and analyze new opportunities across social platforms to accelerate business growthCollaborate closely with platform managers, data/strategy team, and executives to align business opportunities with strategic prioritiesIdeal Candidate Profile:Excellent English communication skills, written and spokenStrong understanding of creator economy and social media content monetizationGenuine interest in digital content and evolution of social platformsProven negotiation and deal-making abilitiesAble to craft compelling commercial offers and proposalsStrong autonomy, organization, and project management skillsExperience in business development, partnerships, or M&A related to digital media or entertainmentWhat We Offer:Opportunity to work with a dynamic team driving innovation in the creator economyProfessional growth and development in a rapidly evolving industryA collaborative and supportive work environmentA competitive compensation package
