Our success is their success.In Your Day To Day, You WillBecome an expert in our products and services, and gain a deep understanding of our Pros and how our products and services enable their businessesDrive results by supporting stakeholders in identifying and answering key questions through data-driven analysisDefine problem statements and formulate and execute measurement plans that align with business needsInterpret data and communicate findings back to business stakeholders in written and visual formatsDevelop strategic and thoughtful analysis to answer questions such as:How can we better understand when a customer is ready to purchase?
How can we segment our customers in meaningful ways and target each segment effectively?
Drive data-informed strategies to improve user acquisition and engagementQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in business administration, finance, economics, data analytics, or equivalent experience2+ years of experience with a BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; Tableau preferred)Proficiency in SQL and transforming raw data into usable data sets for analysisExperience sourcing business questions from key internal stakeholders, refining and answering them with data and analyticsExperience in or supporting a customer success function is preferredWhat will help you succeedSelf-starter with the ability to learn quicklyAbility to understand the bigger picture for any requestCurious, innovative mindset with a focus on solving problemsStrong attention to detailStrength in collaborating cross-functionallyCompensationOur compensation range for this role begins at $4,500 USD per month.Company at a glanceHousecall Pro is a SaaS company founded in 2013.
