Why choose us?Page Outsourcing is one of the fastest growing Global Outsourced providers, having more than doubled its headcount in the past 18 months to support major clients across UK, North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.This unprecedented expansion is due to our unique positioning within the global outsourcing industry and our ability to offer tailored, multi-regional outsourcing solutions, across the full total talent spectrum.Underpinned by our best-in-class Page Group infrastructure, we have an unmatched opportunity to deliver industry-leading performance.What will you be doing?You'll be working, embedded in our client's team, utilising their systems to deliver best-in-class hiring outcomes across a wider program or part of their business.You will own the recruitment strategy and be responsible for development, leadership and oversight of a team of recruiters supporting the client.You will demonstrate the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload in addition to supporting the team of recruiters you will be responsible for leading and developing.You'll be tasked with building and managing excellent relationships with hiring managers, maximising contract performance, while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement.You'll work with our clients, helping to deliver their workforce plans, delivering outstanding experiences in line with the Page Outsourcing Values.Key Activities Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all client hiring managers and departments to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process Liaise with on-site contacts to understand and qualify hiring requirements To generate and effectively manage candidate applications, ensuring a positive candidate experience Innovative use of sourcing tools maximising applications and efficient screening of all applicants as we shortlist.Negotiate starter offers and arrange related paperwork Lead team to deliver on recruitment process and support (e.g. scheduling, compliance, governance, etc.) Leadership, coaching and management of Recruiters and supporting Talent Sourcing partners and Talent Sourcing Co-Ordinators (onsite or remote) Align on hiring strategies and best practices to ensure successful hiring outcomes Effective use of reporting to develop and track the performance of the team in support of the client Ensure full compliance of all data entered into the database, and ensure candidate MI is kept current and correct to allow for Market Intel reporting Comply fully with all company procedures, processes, and policies Partner with business leaders to understand business goals Ensure SOP guides are being utilised and team members are in compliance Onboarding of new team members, training and introduction to the resource library What are we looking for?Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment or sourcing projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a people management role, leading a team of 5–10 or more recruiters/sourcers.Strong background in Manufacturing, Chemical, or Oil & Gas (O&G) sectors, with proven expertise in managing talent acquisition or account delivery within these industries.Experience supporting recruitment or account delivery across multiple countries , including Brazil and other international markets.Fluent in English Demonstrable track record in agency and/or onsite recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing and chemical sector Strong team management Broad exposure to recruitment ATS platforms Strong working knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, and networking opportunities in your chosen markets of expertise Excellent communication skills Reliable and well organised Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work Ability to negotiate effectively Ability to influence people, sell ideas and concepts and gain commitment Customer focused
