We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to support our cloud operations across multiple providers and SaaS solutions.About the RoleThis role involves supporting high-visibility events such as major live broadcasts and global digital launches, as well as contributing to the delivery of key product updates, infrastructure improvements, and business continuity initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and manage cloud-based infrastructure across AWS and other providers, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.Lead migrations from EC2 to Kubernetes-native environments, streamlining deployment processes and improving efficiency.Support large-scale live and product events with reliable, scalable DevOps practices, ensuring seamless execution and minimal downtime.Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and DevOps automation to streamline deployments, reduce errors, and improve collaboration.Manage security response, incident management, and compliance across systems, protecting sensitive data and maintaining regulatory adherence.Maintain observability and monitoring frameworks for critical services, providing real-time insights and enabling data-driven decision-making.Optimize cloud spend and ensure cost-efficient resource utilization, aligning with business objectives and minimizing waste.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application delivery, load balancing, caching, and backend performance, driving overall system improvement.Support frontend (CDN/load balancing) and backend (DB/caching) delivery management, ensuring seamless interaction and optimal user experience.Contribute to Agile development cycles and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Required Skills & ExperienceProven hands-on experience in DevOps engineering and cloud infrastructure management.Expertise with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Kubernetes, with a strong understanding of serverless technologies and container orchestration.Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and automation frameworks, such as Terraform or Ansible.Solid understanding of observability, configuration management, and system monitoring, with experience in logging, metrics, and tracing.Experience with security response, compliance, and incident resolution, including threat detection and vulnerability management.Knowledge of frontend delivery (CDN, load balancing) and backend management (DB, caching), with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and development lifecycle management, with experience in Scrum or Kanban.Nice to Have:Familiarity with multi-cloud environments and SaaS administration, with experience in hybrid cloud architecture.Experience in governance, cost optimization, and compliance management, including financial planning and budgeting.Understanding of application workloads, both frontend and backend, with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
