Hartmann Young is proud to be partnered with a leadingdietary supplement manufacturerserving both domestic and international markets across South America.The company is recognised for its strong scientific foundation, advanced manufacturing capabilities, and commitment to innovation in nutritional products.With a diversified customer base spanning consumer health, functional foods, and nutraceutical brands, the business is poised for a new phase of strategic growth and international expansion.AsChief Executive Officer, you will lead the company's strategic, operational, and commercial direction across South America.You will be responsible for driving profitability, operational excellence, and long-term growth, ensuring the business continues to innovate and compete at the forefront of the dietary supplement manufacturing industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the company's strategic vision and long-term business objectives across Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and other key South American markets.Oversee all business operations, including manufacturing, R&D, sales, quality, and regulatory functions.Lead organisational transformation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and market responsiveness.Drive revenue growth through new partnerships, customer acquisition, and product innovation.Ensure operational excellence, quality assurance, and compliance with international standards (GMP, ISO, ANVISA, etc.).Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all departments.Represent the company in strategic alliances, investor relations, and regional industry events.Work closely with the board and investors to deliver sustainable financial and market performance.Key RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).15+ years of leadership experience indietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.Proven track record in executive management, business transformation, or scaling operations across Latin America.Deep understanding of supplement manufacturing processes, regulatory frameworks, and supply chain dynamics.Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience leading P&L responsibility.Bilingual or multilingual (Portuguese, Spanish, and English proficiency highly desirable).Dynamic leadership style with a focus on innovation, growth, and organizational excellence.
