About the JobWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join our team and contribute to building highly available, scalable, and low-latency data platforms.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional programming, DevOps practices, and cloud-native environments.They will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining backend systems and APIs, as well as leading and owning DevOps initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Designing and implementing scalable solutions using Terraform and AWS servicesLeveraging Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker to manage container orchestrationMaintaining high standards of code quality, testing, and documentationCollaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve existing systemsRequired qualifications include:8+ years of experience in functional programming with Node.js / JavaScriptProven experience with DevOps practices and cloud-native environmentsDeep hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and DockerExpertise with AWS services (S3, RDS, EventBridge, SQS, IAM, VPC, ECR)Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, RDS)Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflowsBenefits include:A collaborative and empowered team environmentOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesA commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusionWe ensure the privacy of all candidates in compliance with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA.
