You\'ll set direction, then personally push fragile 0?1 work across the line—writing crisp specs, unblocking engineering, sweating edge cases, and shipping quality quickly.
You thrive in ambiguity, act like an owner, and bring relentless curiosity.This role requires managing dual product lines simultaneously while maintaining high velocity and quality standards in a fast-paced startup environment.What You\'ll DoOwn the product roadmap aligned to company strategy and customer outcomes across two product linesLead hands-on execution: write specs, define edge cases, make real-time UX/copy calls, and QARun a high-output pod consisting of 4 backend engineers, 1 frontend engineer, 1 analyst, and 1 designerDrive GTM alignment with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps; shape packaging, positioning, and launchesBalance high customer empathy with strategic decision-making—comfortable making calls with 50-70% informationManage structured team cadence: daily standups (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday), design reviews, and launch coordinationInstrument success: define north-star metrics and guardrails; review weekly, learn, and iterateCreate clarity: document features, known gaps, and release plans; keep a tight changelogOperate the cadence: async updates, thoughtful triage, and "launch rooms" for major releasesSpend significant time in Slack pushing work forward and unblocking team membersWhat We\'re Looking ForRequired Experience:6-8+ years in product management with leadership scope in B2B SaaS and/or marketplace/e-commerce0?1 builder: comfortable with ambiguity; resourceful, fast, and detail-obsessedProven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product outcomesStrong collaboration skills with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and ops teamsStrongly Preferred:E-commerce platform experience (Shopify ecosystem experience is a major plus)Early-stage company or startup experiencePrevious work at Western (US/European) companiesExperience managing multiple product lines simultaneouslyKey Attributes:High empathy for customers, internal stakeholders, and sales teamsSystems thinker and storyteller: connects strategy to execution and crafts clear narratives for GTMComfortable making strategic decisions without complete information while maintaining quality standardsStrong async communicator with overlap in U.S. time zonesDetail-oriented but able to move fast and maintain team velocityTechnical Requirements:Tool-fluent: Linear, Figma, FigJam, Notion, PostHog, SegmentExperience with product analytics and data-driven decision makingUnderstanding of marketplace dynamics and multi-sided platformsCompensation$120-160K USD annually
