Job Description:The Operations Associate is a pivotal role that supports our global team with administrative tasks, data management, and cross-department coordination.Key Responsibilities:Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and maintain sales records.Ensure client records are accurate and up-to-date in HubSpot and other systems.Communicate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.Perform daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity.Respond to client inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary.Track key metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights.Help create sales materials for client meetings.Provide ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiency.Requirements:Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills.Extreme attention to detail – accuracy in SOP's, reporting, and documentation.Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Adaptability & flexibility – comfortable in a growing, evolving company.Experience in sales administration or operations support (preferred).Ideal if you have experience with Notion, Hubspot, Zapier or similar tools.Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.A problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.Benefits:Our remote work policy includes a monthly salary ($****–$**** USD), 36 PTOs per year, professional development opportunities, and core working hours (9:00 AM – 14:00 AM EST).
