Senior Go Software Engineer OpportunityWe are seeking an accomplished Senior Go Software Engineer to develop innovative software solutions that meet our clients' needs.This role involves building backend services in Go in EKS, as well as some Lambdas.Key responsibilities include:Designing and implementing high-quality software solutions using Go and related technologies.Making technically sound decisions and championing best practices for coding and architecture.Developing and maintaining technical documentation such as specifications and design documents.Enhancing the team's performance through mentoring, code reviews, and process improvements in the SDLC.Troubleshooting and debugging software issues as they arise.Collaborating with a cross-functional team to transform functional and non-functional requirements into actionable work.Communicating progress and status to stakeholders.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:At least 4 years of professional software development experience.Proficiency in Go (Golang), including syntax, semantics, database connectivity, and object-oriented concepts.A strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.Experience working with Go frameworks such as Gin, Revel, Echo, Beego, etc.A deep understanding of web services (SOAP, REST, GQL, etc.).Experience with Terraform, Lambdas, and API development.Strong working knowledge of relational databases.Experience in troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis.A proven track record of delivering high-quality software on-time.Excellent communication skills with at least an intermediate level of English.Experience working in distributed, cross-functional teams.
