Let's talk about Keeta Keeta is the international subsidiary of Meituan , one of the world's largest tech and delivery ecosystems, with a bold mission: help people eat better and live better.With that vision in mind, we're expanding globally and getting ready to launch our app in Brazil and we're looking for extraordinary people to join us on this journey of growth and innovation.About the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Analyst to join our Operational Model Strategy team.In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that enhance the delivery full-service model , improve merchant satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.If you're passionate about building scalable processes, connecting data and strategy, and driving tangible impact in a fast-paced environment this role is for youWhat You'll Do: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the delivery full-service model ; Evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and make data-driven adjustments; Continuously monitor operational performance, analyze feedback from merchants, and identify opportunities for improvement; Conduct research and incorporate insights to enhance merchant satisfaction and operational efficiency; Collaborate with Product, Operations, Commercial, and Customer Support teams; Work directly with merchants to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback; Develop Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) to capture and communicate operational needs and market opportunities; Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives; Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and product guides to support seamless onboarding and product adoption.What We're Looking For: Availability to work on-site in São Paulo ; Fluency in English ; Proven experience in Product Operations or related fields; Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as SQL ; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Previous experience in the food & beverage or delivery industry is a plus; Experience in project management and familiarity with PMO processes ; Ability to create and manage detailed Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) with stakeholders.What You'll Find Here A fast-paced and multicultural environment with strong international exposure; Autonomy to propose solutions and contribute directly to product growth; A culture that values innovation, learning, and collaboration; Opportunities to grow your career alongside one of the world's fastest-growing tech companies.Benefits Meal and food allowance (Caju Card); Transportation allowance; Health and dental plan; Life insurance; Childcare assistance.How to Apply If this sounds like you, apply here on LinkedIn and make sure to include your English resume .By applying, your information will be stored securely and may be shared with Keeta and its global affiliates.#Keeta #EatBetterLiveBetter
