This role will manage end-to-end delivery ofrevenue assurance and/or fraud-preventionsoftware solutions for major telecom operators across Brazil and Latin America.Key Responsibilities / FunctionsPlan, lead, and delivermultiple concurrent projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.Oversee projectfinancial milestones, including billing control, cost management, and revenue recognition.Lead and inspiremulticultural implementation teamsacross different countries and time zones as part of a matrix-based organization.Prepare and deliveroperational and executive status presentationsto stakeholders and customers.Supervise implementation teams, proactively managing risks and issue resolution.Support sales activities byreviewing and validating technical proposals and SOWs, providing effort estimates, and creating deployment schedules.Ensure adherence to recognizedIT project management methodologies and best practices.Required QualificationsBachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business(major in Computing) or applicable Industry experienceMinimum 10 years ´ experiencein hands on IT project management, including complex, long-duration projects (10+ people, 1+ year duration).Minimum 5 years' experience in deliveringTelco-related Enterprise Software solutions, preferably with strong knowledge of BSS/OSS architectureMinimum 5 years' experience creating and managing project budgets and managing project profitabilityMinimum 5 years' experience scoping, forecasting, issue and risk management.Minimum 5 years' experience managing multiple projects with proven experience managing distributed teams inremote, multicultural environments Matrix Organization.Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suiteandproject management toolssuch asMS Project(or similar).PMP certification or at least in-depth knowledge of PMP Methodology is highly desirable.Desired Competencies & Soft SkillsProven experience in working within a 100% Matrix based organizationExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working directly with both business and technical stakeholdersStrong interpersonal and leadershipHands on Personality by showing and demonstrating to the team.Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects in parallel.Financial acumen to manage budgets, costs, and revenue recognition.Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and a track record of delivering high-quality results.Language: for this role fluentPortugueseandEnglishare requiredTravel: up to 50% travel
