Se requiere Head of NOC, Garantir a operação eficiente, assegurando a atenção oportuna a incidentes locais, a coordenação ágil dos recursos N1–N3 e o alinhamento com os padrões regionais definidos pela Latam.Requisitos:Formação: Engenharia de Telecomunicações, Eletrônica, Sistemas ou áreas relacionadas.Treinamento técnico desejável para o cargo:- Redes IP/MPLS (Cisco XR/XE, Juniper, Huawei NE, etc.).- DWDM/OTN e serviços de transporte óptico.- Protocolos BGP, OSPF, ISIS e gerenciamento de redundância.- Ferramentas de monitoramento e abertura de tickets (Zabbix, Grafana, Spectrum, etc.).- Fundamentos de ITIL v3/v4 (gestão de incidentes, problemas, mudanças).Experiência: De 8 a 10 anos em áreas de operação e manutenção de redes (ISP, operadora, integradora).- 5 anos liderando equipes técnicas/suporte (NOC, N1/N2/N3).- Gestão de fornecedores e clientes corporativos críticos.- Participação anterior em projetos de automação, monitoramento ou ITIL será um diferencial
