Recruiter – Technician Hiring (Remote)A Hiring Group | Home Alliance GroupFully Remote | Full-TimeU.S. PST Working HoursAbout the CompanyA Hiring Group is a U.S.-based recruitment agency operating under Home Alliance Group.We specialize in sourcing, retaining, and motivating top talent across multiple industries, supporting clients from early-stage startups to nationwide enterprises.Our work spans technical roles, field-service technicians, marketing, customer service, administrative, and executive placements.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our fully remote team.In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a primary focus on sourcing and hiring technicians across multiple trades, including Appliance Repair, HVAC, Air Duct Cleaning, Plumbing, and Electrical.You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and contribute to building strong client partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offersPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and prepare job descriptionsProactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networkingConduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fitMaintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiativesAssist with interview scheduling and candidate communicationsStay up to date with recruitment trends and best practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in recruitment, HR, or sales; internships or entry-level experience welcomeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, remote environmentFamiliarity with ATS or HR systems is a plusWillingness to work aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST)CompensationBase monthly pay to provide financial stabilityPerformance-based bonuses for each successful hireHigh earning potential with no cap on bonusesWhat We OfferFully remote work environmentProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team cultureExposure to international recruitment and diverse industriesLong-term collaboration potentialIf you are a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter who enjoys working remotely in a performance-driven environment, we would be happy to hear from you.#J-*****-Ljbffr
