Job TitleAbout the RoleAs a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and agents.
You will work closely with our team to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.Responsibilities:Conduct regular inspections of arriving vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.Perform routine maintenance tasks on tractors and harvesters.Provide technical support to customers and agents.Troubleshoot issues with vehicles and provide solutions.Collaborate with the China Representative Engineer/Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance is preferred.
Required Skills Technical problem analysis, evaluation, and diagnosis; teamwork and individual responsibility; adherence to safety regulations and industry quality standards.
Preferred Skills Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance.
