Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle of SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure for implementation, AMS, and rollout activities.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and budget.Liaise with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, align objectives, and ensure successful project delivery.Oversee project governance, documentation, risk/issue management, and status reporting to management and key stakeholders.Facilitate regular team meetings, project reviews, and communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables effectively.Monitor SAP project progress, resolve bottlenecks, manage conflicts, and escalate issues as necessary.Collaborate closely with SAP functional and technical teams to stay updated on SAP developments, products, and solutions.Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology or other recognized project management frameworks.Support team development and provide mentorship to junior project team members.Job Requirements Details: Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor"s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.2-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP project management, including implementation, AMS, and rollout projects.Solid experience working in a PMO environment and knowledge of project governance standards.Good understanding of SAP modules, platforms, and latest SAP developments (SAP S/4HANA, FIORI, Cloud, etc.).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities concurrently.Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) or SAP Activate methodology preferred.Behavioral Competencies:Proactive, adaptable, and solution oriented.People-oriented with strong leadership and team motivation capabilities.High level of accountability, integrity, and professionalism.Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.Willingness to learn and keep abreast with the latest project management and SAP trends.
