We're seeking a seasoned Chief Residential Architect to spearhead our residential architecture projects.As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for creating and refining construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.Your expertise will bring residential building designs that balance function, aesthetics, and compliance.You'll work directly with clients and builders' feedback to bring projects from concept to reality.Additionally, you'll interpret and apply Canadian building codes, local zoning, and design requirements.The Ideal CandidateMust have experience in architecture, planning, or technical design, specifically in Apartment Buildings.Should be skilled in producing technical documents and construction plans.A strong understanding of building codes and construction practices is essential.A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and solutions.A proven closer who works with urgency and precision.What Success Looks LikeWithin 3 months: Ramp up on local codes and standards with training support and deliver high-quality plans and drawings with team guidance.Within 6 months: Independently lead parts of design projects and confidently produce client-ready documents and presentations.Within 12 months: Own a portfolio of completed projects and take leadership on new design initiatives as part of the founding team.
