We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer with deep hands-on experience in LLM application development, particularly using LangChain and LangGraph.
You'll play a key role in architecting and implementing AI-driven features that power insights, recommendations, and user experiences across our platform.This is an opportunity to join a nimble, fast-moving team where your contributions will have an immediate impact on product direction and company growth.You will work on a people analytics platform and a private executive network for HR leaders.
The product is live, scaling quickly, and already delivering value to a growing community of executives.The team moves fast, collaborates closely across design and product, and takes pride in writing high-quality code with smart, scalable architecture.Responsibilities Design, build, and scale LLM-powered applications using LangChain and LangGraph.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define AI-driven features.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance in production systems.
Prototype quickly while also building for long-term scalability.
Stay on top of emerging AI frameworks, techniques, and best practices.
Key Technologies Python LangChain, LlamaIndex, DeepEval Docker, Kubernetes Graph Databases (Memgraph, Neo4j) PostgreSQL OpenAI APIs, GPT-4 LLMCompiler, ReAct, Adaptive RAG, GraphRAG Architectures Requirements Python (must-have), 3+ years production ML/AI experience Strong LangChain & LangGraph expertise (LCEL, workflows, multi-agent systems, agent patterns like ReACT/plan-and-solve, RAG, advanced retrieval strategies) Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB), chunking strategies Production engineering: Pydantic models, JSON schema, streaming, error handling, performance optimization Evaluation: LangSmith, pass@k, BLEU/ROUGE, observability Bonus: Experience with complex agent orchestration/state machines, agentic RAG, human-in-the-loop, map-reduce patterns, custom evaluation datasets Benefits Your pick when it comes to employment models: CLT/PJ/Cooperativa; We provide resources for you to grow and learn on the job, including online courses, mentoring, and the latest gen laptops; A fully remote work environment with flexible working hours; Bonus for any referrals that we end up hiring;
