About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Engineer to join our team.This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and passion for innovation to drive business value through cutting-edge data engineering.You will be responsible for translating vision and data strategy into IT solutions, promoting data-driven thinking across the organization, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.Your role will involve collaborating with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable data pipelines, leveraging market-leading tools and technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain high-performance data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and transformation using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.Design and implement data warehouse processes, leveraging Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, Analysis Services, and Cosmos DB.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data across Microsoft and third-party platforms.Implement automation using PowerShell or Azure CLI to streamline data engineering workflows.Maintain strong SQL skills and experience integrating data from diverse sources.Optimize and monitor pipelines for performance, availability, and cost efficiency.RequirementsUniversity degree in an IT-related field; minimum 7 years of experience in the IT industry.Experience building ETL/data warehouse processes using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.Proficiency with Azure Storage, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, Analysis Services, and Cosmos DB.Programming in Python, Scala, Spark SQL; automation with PowerShell or Azure CLI.BenefitsFlexible working conditions (on-site and remote).Strong investment in professional development through mentoring, coaching, and formal training.Career growth opportunities across multiple areas of the organization.
