Qsms Manager

Overview
Airswift is seeking a QSMS Manager to work on a permanent contract in Niteroi with a large company.
Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and certification activities of the QSMS Management System and ensure compliance with corporate requirements through the application and monitoring of control tools, with a focus on the management, analysis and improvement of corporate processes.
Responsibilities
Ensure the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of corporate processes required for the QHSE Management System.
Monitor the performance of corporate processes through internal control activities.
Critically analyze the QHSE Management System by reviewing and analyzing information from audits and QHSE performance indicators.
Report to Senior Management on the performance of the Management System and any needs for improvement.
Promote awareness of corporate and customer requirements.
Develop, disseminate, and ensure the implementation of policies and procedures at all relevant levels of MDT-BR.
Promote continuous improvement activities for the Management System.
Establish guidelines for QHSE activities in the company's various branches/business units.
Qualifications
Higher Education.
Solid knowledge of international HSEQ Management System standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001).
Experience applying tools for mapping and monitoring processes and internal controls.
Experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Management Systems.
Fluent English.
