Who We areBairesDev is proud to be the fastest-growing company in America.With people in five continents and world-class clients, we are only as strong as the multicultural teams at the heart of our business.To consistently deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients, we only hire the Top 1% of the best talents and nurture their professional growth on exciting projects.Paid Media Specialist at BairesDevWe are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our Talent Growth team and help us achieve our goals.This professional will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and improving paid media campaigns across different channels such as Social, Search, Display, and Affiliates seeking the best ROI to acquire new high-quality applicants for Talent Acquisition.What You'll Do:- Define the strategy for each paid media channel, proposing a budget taking into account the best practices and internal goals for Talent Acquisition.- Plan, create and improve paid media campaigns on different channels, maximizing ROI for Talent Acquisition.- Run an experimentation program with A/B testing and other approaches in order to consistently test and improve campaigns and tactics.- Work with the Brand Market team to define strategies and build campaigns for brand awareness and content distribution.- Define the briefs and frameworks for land pages, ad creatives, and other assets.- Build reports for Paid Media Performance.- Be accountable for the budget and payment control for each media supplier.Here's what we are looking for:- 4+ years of experience in Paid Media.- Solid experience in Search, Display, and Social Media Ads.- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or related.- Team spirit-oriented and with good communication skills in multicultural environments.- Self-starter and self-organized, capable of handling multiple projects at the same time.- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of expressive paid media results based on data insights.- Previous experience with Latam-wide campaigns (Desirable).- Knowledge of CRO and funnel optimization (Desirable).- Previous experience with paid media for Talent Acquisition or for tech audiences (is a big plus).- Advanced English Level.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work.- Hardware setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours - make your schedule.- Paid parental leave, vacation & holidays.- Diverse and multicultural work environment.- An innovative environment with the structure and resources of a leading multinational.- Excellent compensation — well above the market average.- Here you can grow at the speed of your learning curve.Our people work remotely but with a consistent and robust culture that promotes diversity and teamwork.To continue being the leading software development company in Latin America, we want to ensure that every BairesDev member gets the best growth and professional development opportunities in a diverse, welcoming, and innovative environment.Every BairesDev team member brings something unique to our company.
