OysterLink is the newest and fastest growing restaurant & hospitality job site.Launched in early 2024, the site generates over 340,000 monthly viewers organicallyOur goal is to generate millions of monthly visitors organically within two-year timeWe are seeking a forward-facing Customer Support & Operations Specialist with excellent English communication and organizational skills to:Client & Applicant CommunicationPlatform Management & Issue ResolutionFeedback & Continuous ImprovementRequired Skills:Native English speaking skills and excellent grammar and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to learn platform featuresStrong customer service focus, ability to troubleshoot issues and come up with solutionsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyExperience in ticket management & documenting feedbackAble to work between 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
EST as we target a US demographicGoals:Keep client response time during work hours under 1 hour, issue resolution time under 2 hoursEnsure client feedback (bugs or improvements) documented, logged, and plan resolutions for all client feedback (bugs or improvements) on the day it arrivesResponsibilities:Client & Applicant CommunicationProvide prompt support for inquiries, respond to questions, and offer guidanceCommunicate effectively with companies and job seekersPlatform Management & Issue ResolutionTroubleshoot feature issues, monitor bug/support requestsRefresh and reorder featured job listings on our site and LinkedInFeedback & Continuous ImprovementTrack and share client/applicant feedback with internal teams to enhance platform featuresPrior to platform launch (on the current site)Manage incoming "Post a Job" submissionsGather missing information and confirm postings with clientsCollect and review CVsThe ideal candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely & quality output through collaboration with other team members.OysterLink offers competitive salaries, yearly growth opportunities AND company shares for all team members.This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position.
