Your tasksOur team is expanding, as are our global entities, and we are looking for a Tax Manager to oversee our subsidiaries in Latin America.
- Serve as the main point of contact for questions and issues related to tax compliance and risk in Latin American markets.
- Collaborate with the international tax team (based in Vienna) and coordinate necessary amendments and changes in business and tax arrangements.
- Prepare financial statements according to local GAAP and ensure their finalization in collaboration with local tax advisors.
- Handle internal and external tax-related requests (e.g., authorities).
- Work closely with internal and external consultants on relevant group topics (e.g., transfer pricing, indirect/direct taxes).
- Collaborate with the Finance team (Accounting, Legal, Controlling) to improve internal tax and accounting processes.Who you are- University degree in economics with a focus on tax & accounting preferred.
- Proven experience in the field of taxes, preferably in an international context.
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Hands-on, business-minded, self-starter, autonomous, yet a team player.
