We are HCLTech, one of the world's largest and fastest growing technology and DSA companies with over 227,000 professionals across 60 countries, driving progress through industry-leading capabilities focused on Digital, Engineering and Cloud.The driving force behind this work, our people, is a diverse, creative and passionate audience that enables us to continually raise the bar for excellence in our services.We strive to empower each of our professionals to achieve their best, while also striving to help them find their daily inspiration and become the best version of themselves.Role OverviewThe Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.This role focuses on managing cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving operational excellence across diverse business initiatives.Unlike senior Program Managers, this position emphasizes hands-on project execution rather than portfolio-level strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies.Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for project updates.Prepare and present status reports to internal and external stakeholders.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies.Escalate critical issues promptly to leadership.Budget & Resource ManagementTrack project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery.Coordinate with resource managers for staffing needs.Quality AssuranceMaintain compliance with internal standards and client expectations.Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.?
