OverviewAutomation Specialist (n8n / APIs / Scraping) – Remote LATAMThis role focuses on building and expanding automated workflows that combine scraping, API integrations, and no-code/low-code tools to support marketing automation and data insights for multiple clients.What You'll Be DoingBuild and manage data scraping workflows using n8n (and complementary tools when needed)Integrate APIs across platforms like Facebook Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, Airtable, and moreWork with structured/unstructured data to generate actionable insights for marketing teamsMaintain and evolve a library of core automations, tailoring them for each client use caseCollaborate on AI-enhanced flows (e.g., GPT-based analysis, tagging, summarization)Own documentation, process design, and flow maintenanceBuild and iterate fast — ship MVPs, test, and optimize continuouslyMust-Have Skills & Experience3–5 years of hands-on experience in automation, scripting, or backend developmentStrong fluency with n8n, API integrations, and modern no-code/low-code toolsSolid coding fundamentals (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or equivalent)Experience scraping data from platforms like Reddit, Amazon, TikTok, etc.Comfort working across databases and interfaces (e.g., Airtable, Notion, CRMs)Understanding of process design and how to abstract logic into repeatable flowsStrong written communication and self-management — this is a remote-first roleBonus PointsExperience working with marketing agencies or performance-focused teamsFamiliarity with tools like Clay, Phantombuster, SerpAPI, Lovable, OpenAI APIsExposure to audience research, enrichment, or data-driven persona buildingBackground in Ops or RevOps and ability to understand business logicAbility to suggest architecture improvements and propose smarter workflowsWhat We OfferContractor role with flexible terms (LATAM-based preferred)Monthly compensation in USD, aligned with experiencePaid time offFully remote, async-friendly work cultureDirect collaboration with a technical founder building real-world systemsWhy This Role MattersThis is a rare opportunity to step into a high-skill, low-BS environment where your work directly enables scale and impact across dozens of clients.
