Remote Endpoint Manager PositionThis is a job opportunity to lead our endpoint management team in maintaining and securing corporate devices.We are seeking an experienced remote manager of engineers with strong leadership skills and technical expertise to oversee endpoint maintenance, patching, and compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 4 engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and ensuring the implementation of automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.Key responsibilities include:Mentoring and leading a team of engineersOverseeing endpoint maintenance, patching, and complianceImplementing automation initiativesEnsuring compliance requirements are metDeveloping and implementing endpoint security policies and proceduresRequired Skills & Qualifications:2+ years people management experience in IT or technical teams5+ years hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platformsExperience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scaleDemonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similarBenefits:This is a fully remote position with occasional meetings across global time zonesOn-call rotation participation may be required for critical issues
