There are currently ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.
Our goal is to help engineers move to Sweden and build a new career and life there.Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers.
Your job is to find them and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
A major part of the role is building trust with suitable candidates and coordinating relocation with our global recruiting team and Swedish management.Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.You will work with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
The team is focused on helping engineers and their families settle in Sweden.
Telescope's core values are joy, trust and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesSource, engage and recruit engineers ready to embark on relocation to Sweden.Build trust with candidates and communicate the benefits of living and working in Sweden.Coordinate relocation support with the Swedish delivery management team (visa, work permits, housing, travel).
Collaborate with an international recruiting team and executive management in Sweden.Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple countries.Present and promote candidates to clients within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems and related fields.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.Solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution.High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English; knowledge of contemporary IT technologies with ability to learn new ones.Analytical, organized, detail-oriented with ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, social, friendly, motivated and resilient (able to handle objections).
Executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers; responsible and presentable appearance.Employment DetailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP.
Full time.
Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
Minimum 12 months.
Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
Holidays paid; 20 vacation days.
