Job Title : Workday Techno-Functional Analyst Location : Brazil (Remote) Employment Type : Contract (PJ) About Smart IT Frame : At Smart IT Frame, we connect top talent with leading organizations across the USA.With over a decade of staffing excellence, we specialize in IT, healthcare, and professional roles, empowering both clients and candidates to grow together.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve live Workday issues.Gather and document business requirements and functional designs.Perform data analysis and regression testing.Act as Workday configuration SME (Business Processes, EIBs, security).Maintain knowledge base and response catalog.Independently manage Workday Cloud Connect for Benefits (CCB) and Workday Studio integrations, including payroll and end-to-end support.Must Have Skills5+ years of Workday functional / techno-functional experienceStrong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and business processesHands-on exposure to CCB and Workday Studio integrationsExperience in payroll support and production issue resolutionExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsApply today or share profiles at#J-*****-Ljbffr
