Senior Media BuyerJoin Common Thread Collective (CTC) as a Senior Media Buyer and drive growth for clients through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.OverviewCTC's mission is to deliver unparalleled value and service to clients earning below $15M, outperforming traditional agencies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute precise media buying strategies that align with client goals.Create and maintain accurate, insight-driven forecasts using the Prophet system.Monitor daily performance, adjust budgets, and implement tests to maximize KPIs.Communicate strategy, progress, and insights to clients and internal teams.Collaborate with Google, Creative, and Email strategists within your pod.Ensure daily alignment between forecast and execution within a 5% delta.Contribute learnings back to the system for continuous improvement.Act as a proactive partner, building trust and strengthening client relationships.Lead early adoption of new tools and processes within the organization.Report to Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program.Qualifications & Desired AttributesAutodidact: Curious, quick to absorb information, open to feedback, and self-managed.Unimpeachable Character: Honest, self-aware, and fully accountable.Competitive Greatness: Thrives under challenge, determined, adaptable, and creative.Fluent in English, persuasive, empathetic, and strong presenter.Data Analysis Skills: Proficient with Google Sheets and eager to learn advanced tools.Critical Thinking: Structured, logical, and solution oriented.Experience: Background in media buying, data analytics, business operations, finance, or retail.Client-Facing: Comfortable liaising with clients and aligning on goals.Performance ExpectationsMaintain a 5% delta between forecast and actual performance.Achieve client satisfaction above industry benchmarks.Deliver high-accuracy results with timely, high-quality execution.Meet all deadlines and budgetary targets.Provide regular updates and insights to clients.CompensationFirst month: $2,000Second month: $4,000Third month (average): $7,000 per month1st Year Annual Range: $64,000 – $76,0002nd Year Annual Range: $100,000 – $120,000Location & Work EnvironmentFully remote; schedule flexibility.Autonomy with clear expectations, regular 1:1 feedback, and measurable benchmarks.Regular check-ins and peer accountability.Reporting & LeadershipReports directly to Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program.Collaborates with cross-functional teams within the Brain Trust.#J-*****-Ljbffr
