Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team.As a key member of our talent acquisition function, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and connecting top technical talent through various sourcing channels.Main Responsibilities:Develop and execute targeted search strategies using advanced Boolean logic, filters, and data mining techniques.Proactively source, identify, and engage technical candidates through multiple platforms, job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to deeply understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality leads.Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess technical fit, interest level, and alignment with open positions.Track sourcing activity and candidate engagement using internal systems and tools.Stay up-to-date on market trends, technologies, and sourcing innovations to improve talent pipelines continuously.Requirements:Excellent English skills — both written and verbal.Minimum of 1+ years of experience in candidate sourcing or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles (e.g., software engineering, IT, data, or product).Proven experience using various sourcing tools and platforms.Strong understanding of Boolean search, technical keyword targeting, and sourcing best practices.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Preferred Experience:University degree.Prior experience sourcing for North American-based companies.Experience in a growth-stage or entrepreneurial organization.
