Financial Compliance Specialist

Job ProfileWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Compliance Specialist.The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher in finance, law, economics, auditing, languages or related fields from a full-time university program.The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting international verification case reviews, including individual and corporate verifications.They will review and confirm the results of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and economic sanctions blacklist screenings.The specialist will work closely with other departments to coordinate KYC/CDD-related workflows and process daily applications.They will assist in optimizing the global customer KYC/CDD process and analyze KYC vendor review situations.The job requires proficiency in English, with the ability to use English as a working language.Portuguese or Spanish is the native language.Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering and international economic sanctions theories is essential.Key Responsibilities:Conduct international verification case reviews for individuals and corporations.Review and confirm AML and economic sanctions blacklist screenings.Coordinate KYC/CDD-related workflows with other departments.Process daily applications and optimize the global customer KYC/CDD process.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, law, economics, auditing, languages or related fields.Proficiency in English as a working language.Native fluency in Portuguese or Spanish.Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering and international economic sanctions theories.
