SAP Data Assurance Manager Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle.This includes technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.Collaboration is a crucial aspect of this role, as you will work closely with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.Key duties include coordinating and managing data conversion and data testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.You will also oversee data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional, and other teams, providing leadership and mentorship to other data team members while ensuring adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.Tracking and reporting data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership is also a critical responsibility.To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.A strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points is essential.Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred, as well as proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Bonus points for experience with data conversion tools and frameworks, familiarity with agile and hybrid project methodologies, and knowledge of data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.
