Billing Systems Analyst I-1

Hi, I'mArison Ferreirayour Recruiter and guide to joining CSG We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background.Setting up customer's billing schedules and procedures, processing and analyzing data, producing invoices and billing reports for Managed Service Customers and scheduling monthly activities with both internal and external teams.
This position supports Managed Service customers directly by phone and e-mail to address their billing or application questions and issues.
The Billing System Analyst I is the first level of escalation for all production incidents and therefore requires sound problem solving and time management skills.
A Billing System Analyst I may be asked to oversee the production activities of other Billing System Analysts when assigned to do so.
This role will exercise discretion and independent judgment under general supervision.We are looking for an Billing Systems Analyst I who will:Producing and analyzing billing reports for Managed Service customersAnalyzing the results of processed files and making corrections if neededUse of Billing SoftwareResponsible for compiling bill count reports and providing invoicing data to the finance departmentIndependent interaction with customers concerning their billingManagement of data and schedules to produce invoices for delivery per billing scheduleMaintain customer data in oracle databaseMaintain and manage multiple ticketing systemsUse various pieces of software for tracking and analysis of dataIdentifies problems/issues during billing cycles and solves or requests assistance in solvingMay assist less experienced peersLatitude for independent judgment/actionWork on moderately complex activitiesAssist in definition and maintenance of documentation and proceduresOther duties as assigned.Key Outputs & Accountabilities Complete customer billings and deliverables within contractual SLAs, respond to customer's inquiries, display sound judgment in the handling of production incidents and ensure effective communication maintained with internal and external contacts.CLT contract model.Is this opportunity right for you?
We are looking for candidates who has:0-3 years of work experience in telephony wholesale or retail billingAble to communicate in English (Advanced) and one additional language is preferredLinux knowledgeComputer savvy and proficient knowledge of Word and Excel programsSQL skills are advantageousPerl knowledge is a plusSolid analytical and problem-solving skillsGood verbal, written skills and interpersonal skills.
