Why join us?Handoff is the AI agent that runs a construction company.We help remodelers automate estimating, streamline operations, and win more work - backed by real-time cost data, intuitive design, and workflows that "speak contractor."With over 10,000 monthly active users and $6B in annualized project volume already flowing through our platform, we're becoming the trusted partner for the people who build our homes.We are backed by $25M+ raised from Y Combinator, Sequoia, Initialized, and Greycroft.Our team is distributed across hubs in Austin, São Paulo, and Buenos Aires, and we are deeply focused on building intuitive, high-impact solutions that make a real difference for our users.Senior Product Designer at Handoff At Handoff, we're building the future of AI-driven tools for construction businesses.As a Senior Product Designer , you'll design intuitive, efficient experiences across our web and mobile platforms.You'll own end-to-end projects - from discovery to delivery - simplifying complex workflows and contributing to our design system.We're looking for a strong generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings clarity to product decisions through thoughtful and user-centered design.What you'll do Work on end-to-end design process from user research and early concepts through high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and developer-ready assets Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, scalable solutions that empower our users Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate design work and unlock new creative possibilities Partner closely with PMs and engineers to define product requirements, co-create solutions, and iterate based on technical input and user feedback Align cross-functional teams on design goals and priorities, maintaining momentum and delivering high-quality outcomes Embrace fast feedback loops and experimentation to validate ideas early and often What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).6+ years of experience designing and shipping successful web and mobile products, ideally in B2B SaaS.Deep expertise in user-centered design and systems thinking - you can balance visual craft with scalability.Strong collaboration and communication skills - you influence outcomes, not just pixels.Comfort working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and ambiguous problems.Experience using AI tools thoughtfully to enhance speed, creativity, and insight.High autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to drive product development with clarity and confidence.Fluency with Figma and modern design workflows.Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.What we offer Competitive salary in USD ($*****-$*****) Attractive stock options Unlimited PTO
