Backoffice Specialist

About the PositionWe are seeking a skilled professional to design and build backend systems that support AI voice and ad agents.Develop scalable, reliable backend services using cloud-native tools such as serverless functions, queues, and storage.Create and manage APIs that integrate with external CRMs, ad platforms, and communication tools.Ensure data security, authentication, and compliance across all systems.Collaborate with product, AI, and frontend teams to deliver features quickly and iteratively.Monitor and optimize system performance for speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.Requirements4–7 years of experience in backend development (Node.js, C#, or Python preferred).
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform.Database experience (SQL + NoSQL).
