Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Cloud-Native Solutions Architect to play a foundational role in building the core platform that enables power utilities to shift from decades-old legacy systems into an AI-native future.In this position, you will work closely with our team of engineers, security leaders, and product managers to design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge cloud-native solutions that transform legacy workflows into modern, secure, scalable codebases.Your key responsibilities will include:Designing and implementing cloud-native architectures that integrate AI models and embeddings into back-end systemsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features and improvements in cycles measured in weeks, balancing speed with reliabilityPartnering with security leaders to ensure all services adhere to stringent utility-sector regulations, implementing secure coding practices by defaultYou will be a key member of our team, working directly with the CTO to drive innovation and technical excellence in our organization.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:5+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environmentsStrong proficiency in React, Python, Golang, Node.js, and Java, as well as experience with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and DockerDemonstrated ability to deliver high-quality code in fast-moving teams, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and securityBasic proficiency with AI/ML tooling, including popular frameworks and librariesSolid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), message queues, and distributed architecturesAbout UsWe are a forward-thinking organization committed to driving innovation and technical excellence in the field of AI-native solutions.We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
