We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to support cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.This role offers the opportunity to work with modern cloud-native technologies while contributing to reliable, scalable systems across multi-cloud platforms.This is a contract position , open to remote candidates located in North or South America , and will report to a Senior Manager of DevOps Engineering .What You'll DoParticipate in a regular on-call rotation , responding to incidents reliably and professionallyMaintain and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure , leveraging automation and infrastructure-as-codeBuild, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines , enabling agile and self-service software deliveryManage and support containerized applications running on KubernetesCollaborate closely with Software Engineers and other DevOps team members to solve complex technical problemsQuickly absorb technical context while ramping up in a dynamic environmentContribute to best practices that enhance system reliability, scalability, and performanceMinimum Qualifications4–6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a related roleHands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or GCPExperience with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, or similar)Working knowledge of KubernetesExperience with GitOps / CI/CD tools (e.g., Harness, Argo, Flux, Jenkins)Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)Exposure to logging, monitoring, and observability tools such as:GrafanaELK StackCloudWatchAbility to collaborate effectively with engineers working primarily in Pacific Time (PST)Nice to HaveExperience developing automation or tooling using languages beyond shell scripting (e.g., Go, Python, Java, Elixir )Experience building or supporting platform tooling for development, staging, or integration environmentsStrong skills debugging performance or networking issues in Kubernetes-based applicationsFamiliarity with audit and compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC 2, ISO *****, PCI DSS)Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systemsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field#J-*****-Ljbffr
