Job Title:SAP SuccessFactors ConsultantLocation:Remore fromBrazilEmployment Type:Contract (PJ)Duration:3 monthsA Nearshore Onboarding Consultant who implements and supports SAP SuccessFactorsOnboarding 2.0across adjacent time zones.Owns end-to-end configuration,integrations with EC/Recruiting/payroll, data migration, and user enablement.Works inProvisioning, RBP, and complex business rules; builds custom processes and notifications; troubleshoots via logs/timestamps.Leverages near-time-zone proximity for real-time collaboration, and deliverssecure, fully testedsolutions aligned toSAP Activateand localization requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer business needs andtranslate them into configuration requirements.Recommend alternative configuration optionswhen appropriate.Plan and execute end-to-end testingto confirm alignment with requirements prior to LoB and customer handoff.Set clear expectationson deliverables and timelines, and follow through to completion.Communicate clearlywith internal teams and customers about configuration issues/challenges to drive a common solution.Demo system configurationsto customers.Manage and prioritize requestsfrom multiple sources (PM, LoB, Offshore).Provide clear project status updatesto team members.RequirementsCertificationsin Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting, and Employee Central.Module integration & data flow:understand touch points between modules and data movement to downstream systems (e.g., payroll)Security:strong knowledge ofRole-Based Permissions (RBP).Provisioning:activate settings; create and run scheduled jobs.Troubleshooting:diagnose errors usingsystem logs and timestamps.Business rules:ability to understand and createcomplex business rules.Localization:followlanguage/translationrequirements.Customization:buildcustom processes, email notifications, and tasks.Forms:mapPDF formsto system fields; load and map using a PDF editor.Quality assurance:fully test all configurationbefore LoB and customer handoff.Methodology & DeliveryAdhere toSAP Activate, project plans, andworkbookrequirements to ensure successful deliverables.Test configurationsto verify alignment with documented requirements.Mindset & Soft SkillsContinuous learning mindset:proactively research and find answers using available tools;share knowledgewith others.Time management:strong prioritization and organization withclear status communicationto the team.Customer focus:consultative approach and solution orientation.
