Please include a resume in English.The RoleThe Email Marketing Content Specialist is a valued contributor within the Consulting Department, focused on supporting high-volume campaign execution for Brafton's clients.
This position plays a key role in helping bring marketing emails to life—from visual layout and copywriting to platform setup and performance optimization.The current focus for this role includes supporting a large-scale, image-driven B2C email campaign.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, experience creating marketing assets, and interest in contributing to all stages of the email production process.
While prior email platform experience is an asset, it is not required—support and training can be provided.This position is ideal for someone with a background in marketing, communications, or digital design who is looking to deepen their expertise in email marketing within a collaborative team environment.The Email Marketing Specialist has experience or interest in:Designing branded, mobile-friendly emails using Figma, Canva, or similar toolsWriting and editing clear, engaging short-form copy for marketing audiencesCollaborating with marketing strategists and other team members on campaign executionLearning and working within email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot and moreSupporting the development of automations and segmentationApplying feedback and aligning deliverables to client brand guidelines and timelinesContributing to a positive and productive remote team cultureEssential Job Functions & Key Success FactorsThe focus of this role is on execution and production support for email marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):Designing and assembling email creative using client branding and templatesDrafting and editing marketing copy to support campaign objectivesCollaborating with team members to ensure timely and high-quality executionSupporting list segmentation, QA, and deployment within email platforms (where applicable)Maintaining consistency across a large volume of deliverablesParticipating in regular check-ins and status updatesApplying best practices in email layout, mobile optimization, and brand complianceLearning and applying new skills and tools to support evolving project needsThis role will work closely with the Manager, Email Marketing, and other consulting team members to ensure smooth delivery and continued growth across email capabilities.Skills & Requirements1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital content, or designProficiency in Figma, Canva, or other visual editing toolsExcellent English writing and editing skillsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to collaborate in a remote environmentInterest in learning more about email marketing platforms and best practicesBonus: Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Hubspot, Flodesk, Mailchimp, Marketing Cloud, etc.)Time Breakout70 percent independent contributor email marketing work20 percent internal or client-facing communications10 percent misc.Contractors must provide their own industry hardware and a stable internet connection.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY: Brafton is an Equal Opportunity employer.
