Financial Leadership Roles in the Mining SectorThis position will oversee the entire finance function, ensuring efficient operations and strategic growth.About this JobIn this role, you will be responsible for managing external accounting services, ensuring compliance with local regulations.This includes reviewing and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.Additionally, you will lead budgeting and forecasting efforts to drive financial planning and cost control.You will also monitor current and future contracts for efficient resource allocation, maintain fixed assets registration, depreciation, and reconciliation, and oversee procurement, accounts payable, and receivable processes.Furthermore, you will prepare and deliver insightful financial reports to corporate headquarters and strengthen internal controls and improve administrative procedures.About YouWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who has a proven track record in controllership and corporate finance, preferably in mining, energy, or infrastructure sectors.A solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, contracts, and internal controls is essential for this role.You should have analytical and proactive skills, as well as the ability to work independently.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Fluency in Portuguese is required, and advanced English proficiency is desirable.As this is a remote position, regular travel to northern Brazil may be required.
