Senior Plant Manager — Autoparts Industry | Betim, BrazilA global autoparts player is seeking a Plant Manager to lead its largest and most complex operations in South America, based in Betim, Minas Gerais.This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for plant operations, P&L, and organizational culture.The company is entering a new phase, after stabilizing its operations, it now seeks a leader capable of driving a cultural transformation in order to elevate the manufacturing culture to world-class standards of excellence and efficiency.The role calls for a strategic and hands-on leader, who acts as a developer of people, fostering learning, discipline, and excellence at all levels of the plant, someone able to combine technical depth with a people-centered approach, fostering continuous improvement, discipline, and high performance across the organization.It's an opportunity for a leader who aims to leave a legacy through people.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a large-scale industrial operation with full accountability for performance, quality, and cost competitiveness;Drive a cultural and operational transformation focused on discipline, efficiency, and continuous improvement;Ensure alignment with global manufacturing excellence frameworks and customer expectations;Inspire, develop, and engage teams toward sustainable high performance.RequirementsSolid experience as Plant Manager or equivalent senior manufacturing leadership role in autoparts industrial environments - mandatory;Proven track record in leading large operations and managing transformation processes;Strong leadership presence, with the ability to combine strategic perspective and hands-on execution;High-level academic background in Engineering from a reputable or top-tier institution;Willingness to relocate to the Betim/Belo Horizonte region once this is a 100% on-site position.Advanced/Fluent English.Location: Betim, Minas Gerais, Brazil (on-site).Confidential Search — all applications will be treated with strict discretion.
