Supply Chain Expert">This role involves delivering and executing projects for forecasting and replenishment solutions, as well as other supply chain offerings.Collaboration with client executives and IT teams is crucial in designing and implementing tailored supply chain solutions that drive measurable business results.The position requires strong analytical skills to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with cross-cultural teams and client stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Determining business requirements and desired future states of clients' operations.Configuring solution tools according to customer specifications.Managing platform configuration, data handling, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Attending or leading process development workshops and design workshops.Analyzing data, business processes, and KPIs.Presenting findings and results to both operational teams and executive stakeholders.Creating and maintaining functional design documents, including process maps and UI workflow designs.Educating and training customers to use the solution effectively and providing ongoing user support.Tracking KPIs to ensure business cases are achieved and the solution is properly adopted.Sales Support:Assisting in preparing proposals, project scopes, plans, and solution architectures.Conducting product demonstrations and preparing sales materials such as presentations and success stories.Participating in sales meetings and supporting business development activities.Solution Consulting:Supporting system definitions, configuration, and early rollout support aligned with project requirements.Facilitating client workshops by preparing agendas, content, and follow-up actions.Engaging in ongoing training to deepen technical expertise.Additional Activities:Attending relevant industry events and company training sessions.Contributing to general sales, administrative tasks, and knowledge sharing within the team.Occasional travel may be required to support project activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Software/Systems Administration, Business Administration.Proven experience in forecasting and replenishment, preferably with similar SCM solutions.Desired certifications and knowledge: SCM, CPIM, CSCP, and digital supply chain applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Ability to work remotely with cross-cultural teams and client stakeholders.
