Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Java-based microservices following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient backend systems.
Ensure high code quality through testing, debugging, and documentation.
Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate relevant advancements.
Lead code reviews and promote architectural best practices.
Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability of services.
Role Expectations: Lead development efforts, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Java and microservices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams for seamless integration.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Qualifications: 7–11 years of experience in Java and microservices development.
Proven ability to lead backend development projects.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working in distributed teams is a plus.
