## Requisitos e Responsabilidades
Participar ativamente de discussões técnicas e decisões arquiteturais que moldam nossos sistemas;
Comunicar-se efetivamente em ambientes assíncronos, com capacidade de sintetizar e articular conceitos complexos por escrito;
Navegar em um ambiente com alta autonomia, contribuindo além das fronteiras do próprio time;
Ajudar a entender problemas, analisar soluções, desenvolvê-las e testá-las;
Ser independente e proativo, puxando ou refinando tarefas e mantendo o quadro de tarefas organizado;
Ser mentor para outros desenvolvedores através de revisão de código e pair programming;
Colaborar com gerentes de produto, engenheiros, designers e profissionais de saúde para uma construção iterativa de produtos e serviços;
Monitorar o desempenho, disponibilidade, segurança e erros da solução em produção.
## Requisitos Técnicos
Formação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas, ou experiência prática equivalente;
Experiência em desenvolvimento de software utilizando pelo menos uma linguagem de programação de uso geral;
Sólidos conhecimentos em Programação Orientada a Objetos e estruturas de dados;
Vivência com desenvolvimento de APIs REST;
Experiência com desenvolvimento front-end utilizando React e TypeScript;
Conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais, como PostgreSQL;
Familiaridade com infraestrutura, servidores e processos de deploy;
Experiência com boas práticas de engenharia de software, como Clean Code, SOLID e Design Patterns;
## Desejável
Experiência com Django e Django Rest Framework;
Conhecimento em Next.js e outros frameworks modernos de front-end;
Vivência com BFF (Backend for Frontend) e microfrontends;
Experiência com sistemas distribuídos;
Familiaridade com Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
Conhecimento em bancos de dados não relacionais, como Firebase;
Experiência prévia no setor de saúde (healthtechs, hospitais, clínicas, etc.).
